Purpose:
To monitor compliance with financial management and annual
reporting framework, monitor the effective and efficient compliance with
financial asset and liability management, enhance, monitor and enforce
transparent and affective SCM and asset management.
Functions:
1. Monitor compliance with financial management frameworks, monitor, evaluate and report on financial Asset Management, liability and revenue management, monitor compliance with municipal SCM and Asset Management regulations and provide advice and guidelines on SCM and Asset Management issues. (Alfred Nzo and OR Thambo, Amathole & Cacadu Districts, Joe Gqabi and Chris Hani)
