Furthermore, the department is striving to increase its revenue through the implementation of the provincial revenue study. 6.3 Official development assistance (Donor Funding) None. 7 PAYMENT SUMMARY 7.1 Key assumptions The expectations for crafting this budget were to provide a framework to the departmental officials for setting priorities, determining service levels and allocating financial resources efficiently.
