Estimates of the Provincial Revenue and Expenditure (EPRE) %u2013 2025/26 Financial Year2.2 Aligning Provincial Budgets to Achieve Government%u2019s Prescribed Outcomes Provincial Medium Term Development Plan The 2024-2029 Provincial Medium-term Development Plan sets out the strategic direction for the province for the next five years towards achieving the goals of the Provincial Development Plan (PDP) 2030 vision. The plan narrows the policy focus areas to respond to the fundamental challenges facing the province, including low economic growth and jobs creation, slow progress in poverty alleviation and the challenges in building state capacity to deliver services efficiently and effectively.
