Estimates of the Provincial Revenue and Expenditure (EPRE) %u2013 2025/26 Financial YearR20.619 million to R20.529 million due to funds that have been reprioritised for the implementation of the Integrated Community Registration Outreach Programme (ICROP). Expenditure on payments for capital assets decreased from R1.529 million in 2021/22 to a revised estimate of R111 thousand in 2024/25. There is no budget for payment of capital assets in 2025/26. Target for number of people to be reached through community mobilisation programmes is 36 776.Performance in Institutional Capacity Building and support for NPOs is measured by the number of NPOs capacitated. A total of 1 997 women are targeted to participate in women empowerment and development programmes. Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Livelihoods are measured by the number of people accessing food security and nutrition initiatives. The performance for Women Development is measured by number of women participating in empowerment programmes. Youth Development performance is measured by the number of youth participating in skills programmes. 267
